Co-Founder
Rebeca is a specialist in retail real estate strategy with international experience. She began at CBRE Spain before moving to London, advising luxury brands on store acquisitions and later working on some of the capital's most prestigious estates. Previously: Principal at Bridgemont, Group Head of Retail Strategy at Chelsfield Group, and Senior Asset Manager at Royal London Asset Management.

Darius brings deep expertise in commercial real estate investment and asset management. He began at DTZ, then joined Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen), where he helped launch and grow the firm's first European outlet fund in partnership with McArthurGlen. At Chelsfield, he worked across major projects including Club Quarters, Camden Market and Elizabeth House, later leading the acquisition of three landmark assets in London, Paris and New York for The Olayan Group.

We're built on a simple conviction: the best team for a project is rarely the one that happens to be on staff. Curate is founder-led, with senior finance and asset management expertise at its core.
Around that core we build each mandate its own team, drawing on long-standing relationships with specialists in planning, design, cost, legal and operations. No carried overhead, no generalist bench between us and the work — and a structure that scales with what each project actually needs.
